This month I had the opportunity to meet with Fernando González, my colleague from EO in the Bogotá chapter, for a breakfast that turned into a deep conversation about impact, continuous improvement, and the true purpose of leadership. Fernando is a key figure in the global entrepreneurial ecosystem, not only for his ability to guide and coach entrepreneurs, but for his genuine commitment to learning. He is an instructor at EO Accelerator, a program in which he has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs in Argentina, Latin America, and various parts of the world, teaching tools for efficiency in business processes.
