Events organised by radio broadcasters when the prizes are expected to be awarded during the live radio broadcast, excluding those broadcast on a deferred basis, provided that the initiative maintains its spectacular function and is not carried out to promote the products or services of other companies;
Prize operations with prizes consisting of additional quantities of promoted products or same sales outlet (or in different sales outlets as long as they belong to the same company or brand) valid for any product sold there;
Competitions without a purchase obligation in which the prizes consist of objects of modest value (according to the update of the ministerial FAQs of July 2018, similar to that of pencils, flags, calendars code number of philippines and so on) and their awarding is therefore not conditional on the nature or amount of the purchase;
Events in which the prizes are intended for public bodies or institutions with social and charitable purposes (for example schools).
