FAQs was published which repeals the previous one from March 2017. The FAQs are a useful simplify some aspects of a regulation that is at times a little difficult and the new update served mainly to clarify the concept of modest value in prize competitions.
Initially (March 2017) the maximum value of 25.82 uk number for whatsapp euros was raised for prize competitions only, not including prize operations.
As of today, with the new update of the FAQ, the modest value remains fixed at 25.82 euros for prize operations only and no longer for competitions, which have been brought back to exclusion for values lower than a few euros including taxes.
