The application for participation in the procurement contains three key sections:



1. Information block:

name (full and abbreviated) of the organization or full name of an individual or individual entrepreneur;
legal address;
INN;
an extract from the Unified State Register switzerland whatsapp number data of Legal Entities (USRLE) for legal entities, an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (USRIP) for individual entrepreneurs, a copy of the passport for an individual who is not an individual entrepreneur;
bank account details;
declaration of compliance with the uniform requirements for procurement participants (clauses 3-11, part 1, article 31 of Federal Law 44-FZ), confirming, in particular, that the supplier is not in the process of liquidation, suspension of activities, bankruptcy, tax arrears, restrictions on the activities of the head of the organization, a conflict of interest between the customer and the contractor, etc.;
if available, information on eligibility for preferential categories of suppliers (SMEs, NPOs, etc.);
a decision to approve a major transaction if the purchase amount reaches 1/4 of the participant's assets. The decision will not be required if the supplier is an individual entrepreneur or an individual;
documents confirming the qualifications and experience of the supplier, if the organizer has included them in the list (specialist diplomas, copies of previously executed contracts, licenses, etc.);
documents confirming the bid security, if required by the procurement documentation;
independent guarantee, if it is provided by the participant as security.

In the case of work under 44-FZ, most data is loaded into the application automatically (from the websites of state services, tax authorities, etc.). When working under 223-FZ, participants fill in this data themselves and attach screenshots of the necessary documents.
