You must set at least three headlines and at least two descriptions. You can set up to two display URLs, but they are optional, so you do not have to set them.

How to submit
Once you have a firm grasp of the submission rules, it's time to submit your ad. Below, we'll explain how to submit your ad in four easy steps.

Go to the ad group where you created the ad, click "Ads and ad display options", and select the + sign next to "Ads".

Enter your headlines (minimum 3) and descriptions (minimum 2).
Optionally, enter a display URL and URL options.
Once you have completed entering the information, click "Save" to complete the process.
It's a good idea to check the ads you've saved, as you can view how they appear on each device in the admin screen.
