Next, you'll be asked to enter a name for the template. We recommend using a name that will help you quickly identify the block and its function.
After that, you can select one of the standard categories from the drop-down menu. This will help you organize all the reusable blocks if you plan to create and use many templates on your website.
Then simply click the “Create” button to save your changes.
Now that we have learned how to create a template in WordPress, let’s see how to add it to the posts and pages in WordPress.
Again, you need to open a new or existing post where you want to add the reusable block in the Gutenberg editor. Click the “Add Block” button (+) in the top left corner of the view and switch to the “Templates” tab (above).
Here you will see a list of all the standard categories List of Denmark Cell Phone Number offered by the “Templates” feature. Now you need to click on the category you have chosen for your reusable block.
For example, we chose the 'Call to Action' category because we wanted to create a reusable template for published posts.
If you have not selected a category for your block, your template will be saved in the 'Uncategorized' tab.
Select a pattern category from the list
When you click on a category, a new prompt opens next to the block menu, listing all the templates stored in that category.
Here, simply click on the reusable block you created and it will be automatically added to your WordPress page or post.
Your template will now be saved with all settings in the WordPress database.
