How would you define omnichannel in e-commerce?
For me, omnichannel e-commerce means helping users to deal with their indecisio philippine cp number n when purchasing.

Omnichannel is optimal when there is a long time between when the user discovers a certain product and when they finally decide to buy it.

When this time is extended, the user has the freedom to seek to satisfy his need among the different competitors.

This usually happens with high average ticket products, which are the ones that cause the most indecision.

That is why it is necessary to be present and satisfy the needs of the user in their journey.

Present you with information when you need it, suggest similar products while you decide, and possibly offer deals when the normal shopping time for that product category has passed.

The important thing is to ensure presence through the different channels so that they do not forget their desire to buy, nor us as those who can help them.
