Since Google introduced AI , that is, artificial intelligence to better classify web pages through RankBrain , we have had to deal with another important and real Ranking Factor among the many already known: User Experience.
For user experience there are specific metrics that measure the user experience in SERP and on the website pages.
These metrics are:

When a page is positioned high in the search results, users click on it and enter; but if they exit immediately after to look for other results in the SERP, then it means that the content in question has gaps and has not given exhaustive answers to users. The site could lose positions precisely because of Pogo Sticking.
