Monday is here and with it comes the mood we all know: bad vibes, lethargy and nostalgia for having left behind another unforgettable weekend.
We are facing a reality, let's not lie to ourselves. Monday... the least popular day of the week, a psychological difficulty that has been implanted at a cultural level.
Poor Monday, it has become the day of the most vile comments, the day of mental indisposition. However, and paradoxically, as much as we do not want to admit it, it is the day when there is the most energy in the body. Yes, even if it is energy used to criticize Mondays.
A while ago, I started to change the way I see this day, kuwait mobile number list which is not to blame for being hated. Well, I was really suffering every time it came and little by little I was infecting the rest of the week with that bad vibe.
I realized that I was wasting too much energy criticizing him instead of using it on something productive. For example, setting new goals, changing routines and even attitude.
It became, therefore, a day with a different face. Mondays are now the days I take advantage of to do the things I like to do the most, such as going to my favorite classes, preparing the most delicious lunch, going out with my friends or visiting my family.
Nowadays, I am in favor of thinking that there is no reason to hate Mondays, even less so when you truly feel love for what you do every day, whether it is studying, working or other activities that involve concentration and passion. Why not?
Mondays do bring good things, too. What could be better than seeing friends from work after a couple of days of recovery, telling stories and all the events of the previous days?
It is certainly a great opportunity for change. It is all a matter of desire and attitude.
Now why not make Mondays a better day for marketing too?
That is, what if we join this proposal to invest our Monday energy in other matters of interest such as content marketing , for us here present. And to start giving our consumers reasons to look forward to Mondays and thus show them what we can offer them.
