Let's now dive into the role of a very important and still little-used tool for explicit data collection, namely dynamic forms: a new type of form capable of responding more precisely to the marketing personalization needs of companies.

There are two types of forms most used today: feedback surveys and registration forms .

Feedback Surveys
These are forms used to collect information related to website satisfaction indicators in cameroon cell phone number list order to improve the user experience. Questions such as "didn't find what you were looking for?" or "what prevented you from making the purchase?" are intended to collect feedback that can improve our site but are limited to telling us whether or not a consumer is satisfied with their browsing experience.

Registration form
These forms are typically designed to collect information about a potential prospect and are, at a more or less in-depth level, demographic requests such as name, first name, email, job title, etc. Information that will initiate communication flows with the aim of converting the user.

This is a rather archaic way of using forms and one of the reasons why they are today only exploited in this sense is undoubtedly due to a technological limitation. In order to request information of different natures, which are perceived as truly relevant, it is necessary to recognize the user, even anonymously, to segment him and to enrich his profile with the information that he has just transferred to us.
