Although they will only be officially launched on April 30th, you can already find out about the changes here!

Relevance index will be replaced
The old ad relevance scores will be replaced by 3 new indicators in Facebook Ads.

Campaign relevance is a metric provided by Facebook canada telephone number Ads to indicate how well an ad may be received based on targeting.

With the change, the relevance index will be divided into the following categories:

Quality Ranking: How the quality of your ads compares to others with the same audience.
Engagement: expected engagement rate of an ad, also compared to others shown to the same audience;
Conversion rate: This will provide insights into what the expected conversion rate is compared to other ads with the same objective and audience.
With these changes, Facebook Ads intends to make the relevance index similar to the equivalent on Google . Thus, the lower the quality of the ad, the higher its cost.

Potential range
Until now, the potential reach of an ad on Facebook Ads showed how many people it could reach.

With the changes, however, the idea is that the number will be based only on people who saw an ad in the last 30 days.

The change is related to the changing way people are using Facebook. After all, people may be spending less time looking at the feed and more time in specific sections, such as groups.

With that, Facebook itself said that it has noticed an increase in distrust on the part of advertisers with the feature. The review of the metric, then, will make campaign planning more effective.
