Another issue that I also see as an opportunity for improvement is the one related to increasing the number of specialized professionals on the company side compared to the agency side. I come from working in agencies all my life, and although they are still important, I think it is necessary to have professionals within companies as well. I don't know if as a digital director, a strategist, a Community Manager... It depends on the type of company and the size, but there has to be someone who understands that ecosystem and is capable of continuing it within the company.
