Add a link to the hotspot tooltip text using the Image Hotspot plugin
At this point, a new hotspot should appear on the image and can be luxembourg phone number dragged to the desired location.
You can also repeat the same process to create other hot spots in the image.
Drag the newly created hotspot onto the image using the Image Hotspot plugin
After configuring the image map, you can click the Save button.
To add an image hotspot to any page, post, and/or widget, you can copy the shortcode onto the image.
