There is a divide as the user experience on platforms

Post by israt9623525 »

Most brands have transactional websites to perform a single task (e.g. purchasing a product). Most brand websites are cluttered and have poor user experience, while platforms are much more beautiful and elegant and therefore customers are willing to spend time on them.

Is better than that of websites. We are becoming more and more dependent on paid advertising. We spend money on paid ads on these platforms. This model is not perfect because consumers don’t want ads and platforms don’t want users to leave.

So platforms like Google want lawyer phone number list to keep users on their platform. You need to build your brand equity on these platforms, where the customers are. One solution can be syndicated content, where you can put your content on the platforms for free.

This creates a better user experience without ads. You need to adapt to be discoverable and engage the customer in their journey. We need a new marketing model. The role of brand content and websites must shift from conversion to positively influencing brand preference and recall.

An example is recognizing a logo from content seen on one of the platforms. The goal should not be to sell, but to remember you. Marketing is based on the assumption that we can interrupt a potential customer somewhere in the micro-moment.
