Prospecting & marketing: two very close worlds that feed off each other!
Indeed, prospecting is a privileged moment to enrich marketing since it is the moment when we will discover the needs and especially the purchasing motivations of customers: that is prospecting. oman whatsapp data
Unfortunately, the flow of information is not always easy between prospecting and marketing, as Sellers are often stingy with reporting.Customer Prospecting: these are two terms that do not go together: in the strict sense of the term, "prospecting" means finding new "customers" (and therefore opening accounts.
So why talk about customer prospecting?
Well, our customers are also our biggest prospects.
Often at our customers:
we are perceived as a supplier of such a product and they barely know that we produce others. Approach them to discover these other needs in a customer prospecting spirit,
we are not sole suppliers and nibbling away at market share, even on products sold, means having a customer prospecting mindset!
there is still an open account, and as such are in the customers' accounting files, but no longer have any turnover: here is more customer prospecting!
