"Buyers/consumers want to be treated

Changes in purchasing managers and consumers are still continuing. We live in an age where over 6 billion social communications take place every day. We live in an age where word of mouth resonates more strongly than belarus phone number resource brands. Purchasers and consumers will want their favorite brands to know more about them. And they will want messages to be delivered that are tailored to them. We are living in an age where buyers are truly at the center.

What should marketers do in this situation? Marketo CEO Steve said the following in his keynote:
