Madhuri hails from Andhra Pradesh, India and is a Phone Number Database computer engineer. Right after her graduation in 2016, she joined Vtiger as a Quality Assurance Analyst (Technical Tester) and moved to Bangalore for the job.
A year later, Madhuri went on a conjugal trip with her husband Ravindra Varma. After some time, she quit her job because she wanted to give her all to her marriage.

We asked her what she had been up to during her break.
“After living at home for two years after my wedding, I watched YouTube videos and learned paper cutting and origami. I don’t like reading books, but I do like to draw. I like to dance to good music and sometimes I try to cook. It’s safe to say that I am a ‘Jill’ of all trades and a master of none ,” she said.

Not many know that she is a classical singer. She laughs and recalls hiding when her mother asked her to perform on stage.
Well, it's true; she has stage fright like most of us. But she aspires to one day walk on the podium and perform in front of a large audience.

Madhuri shared how much she missed work during her break. So, she decided to rejoin Vtiger in 2019 and has been working here ever since. She loves being a part of the team and can’t imagine working anywhere else. She feels that the environment at Vtiger helps her maintain a good work-life balance.
“I can easily manage my personal and professional life because of the freedom I get here. My colleagues are very understanding and give me a family-like atmosphere.”

As a Quality Analyst, Madhuri's responsibilities include:
Manual testing by creating test cases for Vtiger CRM functions.
Writing code and performing automated testing.
Checks whether dependencies between functions work and reports errors if any.
Learning new features and testing their functionality.
“How has working from home been for you?”
“I love working from home because it has been a huge benefit to me. I get to spend time with my husband and in-laws while still getting my work done on time. It’s the best of both worlds. I have enough time to finish my work as my mother-in-law takes care of the house. My husband is also very supportive and encourages me to pursue my career. He understands my schedule and work-related emergencies.”
We are sure all working women can relate to Madhuri. She believes in emptying her bucket at the end of the day and starting the next day anew. She believes that unfinished work causes pressure and stress.

While we know Madhuri loves her job, her original dream was to become… a fashion designer!

Well, fate had other plans and Madhuri decided to pursue engineering. She certainly did well! Now she enjoys coming up with new test cases and hasn’t looked back!
When we asked her about her inspiration, she said that she believes that everyone is unique and she likes to pick up good things from everyone she meets.
“I am very inspired by my cousin. She is very calm and organized. She thinks twice before reacting to situations. I want to implement this in my daily activities.”
"What is your life mantra?"
"I think nothing will last forever. So it would be helpful if you don't worry about what you don't have and be content with what you have. If you are content, automatically you will be happy. I also believe that we should learn and improve ourselves every day."
Apart from being a part-time tester and a homemaker, Madhuri also wants to create and develop a home management website someday. She believes that women are no less than their peers. They can reach great heights and achieve anything if they want to. It is their choice.
