Plans for the future

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

"On January 1, 2025, Presidential Decree No. 250 comes into force. Companies that are covered by it, but that have not bothered with the issue of switching to a certified solution of Russian development, fall into the risk zone and will strive to migrate as soon as possible to those solutions that have already proven themselves in operation. Only a small number of companies will be able to experiment with promises. Many will prefer working solutions. All this will lead to the fact that a large number of players in the domestic NGFW market will gradually begin to decrease, and in the next few years their number will be reduced to four to six," said Kirill Pryamov.

According to Alexander australia telegram Barinov, the race for productivity will continue in 2025, and competition for indicators will only increase. He assumed that the volume of shipments will increase compared to 2024, and by the end of 2025, about 95% of customers will switch to domestic NGFW solutions and thereby fulfill the import substitution goals.

Anna Komsha said that Positive Technologies believes that 2025 will be the year of deferred demand for NGFW, because in 2024 domestic developments demonstrated significant development, both functional and qualitative. In her opinion, the task of replacing foreign solutions no longer seems unsolvable. She drew attention to the feedback from the company's clients, who say that PT NGFW is superior in performance and reliability to products from Western companies.

"We are entering 2025 with great confidence. We are currently conducting a large number of projects with the country's largest companies and helping them build a secure network infrastructure. Our 2025 goals are also: growth in international sales, expansion of the product line and release of new products, including solutions for protecting industrial networks, routers, SSL balancers and other network security products," said Anna Komsha.

"We plan to continue actively investing in the technological development of UserGate: improving current solutions, expanding the product line and increasing the service area, modernizing internal development processes and operational management, increasing the scale of production in response to the sharply increased demand from current and prospective customers," concluded Kirill Pryamov.
