WordPress.org Plugin PageVisualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress
Visualizer lets you extract data from Google Sheets ( and other sources ) and turn it into professional-looking charts or tables on your WordPress site.

In addition to creating basic data tables, Visualizer gives you access to a wide range of charts and table styles. All you have to do is format your data so the plugin can understand and generate charts for you.

Visualizer can also help you include tables with advanced features like pagination, internal search, and filtering. This means that even if the data you are importing already uses a table, the plugin can still help you make it more user friendly.

With the premium version , you can also automatically sync charts: as you update your data in Google Sheets, the changes will automatically sync to your WordPress site.

How to Add Google Sheets to WordPress Using Visualizer (In Three Steps)
If you want to follow this tutorial, you will need two things:

Your existing data in Google Sheets.
The free Visualizer plugin . We recommend installing and activating it before continuing with the tutorial.
Step 1: Add a new chart and select which style to use
With the plugin active, you will have access to a new Visualizer tab in your dashboard. If you click on it, you will see a list of all the existing charts. Click the Add New button at the top to get started:

Adding a new chart
The first thing you need to do is select a style for your Google Spreadsheet data. Which one you choose will depend on your data and what you want to display:

To insert a data table , select the Table chart style .
If you want to insert visual charts , you can choose from a range of different chart styles.
For a visual chart, we recommend choosing the style that will best help you visualize your Google Spreadsheet data.

Step 2: Import data from Google Sheets
Using the free version of Visualizer, you can import data from a .csv file , a URL, or enter it manually. To add Google Sheets to WordPress, you need to choose the Import data from URL option and select Import One-time :

Importing data from a URL.
Keep this tab open for now and go to Google Sheets to get the data. Let's say you have a very simple table that shows you various quantities of fruit:

A simple Google spreadsheet.
The data is pretty simple to understand, but you'll need to give the Visualizer plugin a little more context so it can figure out how to display it. To that end, the plugin supports multiple strings used to classify the data:

string
number ber
boolean
date and
time date
time of day
For this example, all we need are strings and numbers. You can tell the plugin which column each element represents by adding the two strings at the top, just below the column title:

Adding strings to our Google Spreadsheet.
Now the data is ready to be fed to the plugin and let it do its job. To generate the URL needed for WordPress, open the File menu in Google Sheets and select Publish to web :
