Brazil is an entrepreneurial nation. 39% of the economically active population owns their own business . This means that 4 out of every 10 Brazilians owns a company .

That's quite a lot!

But those who work in this field know that it is not a perfect situation . We face many challenges both inside and outside the company. Every day, we need to manage resources and processes, lead people, develop new products... We also need to create new strategies, maintain competitiveness, and control defaults .

Bureaucracy and taxes also concern us (there are student database than 80 types of taxes!). That is why we seek support from institutions capable of representing our interests before public bodies.

We want to conquer the world – and we want it now . After all, it’s entrepreneurship that makes the world go round.

Entrepreneurship means creating job opportunities, boosting the economy. It means contributing to a better society.

Entrepreneurship is an attitude , a daily practice.

Even those who do not own a company can be great entrepreneurs , transforming the sector in which they operate – if not the community of which they are part.

Why become an entrepreneur?

Here are some reasons why you should take the reins:

Meet new people
Entrepreneurs attend events, visit clients, and take an interest in other areas. Entrepreneurs burst bubbles. That's why they always have great ideas and are at the forefront of change.

Awaken your full creative potential
Creativity is present in all activities that involve problem-solving . A lawyer, for example, needs to be creative to solve a case. He will use all the knowledge he has acquired over time to win the case. The same thing happens with health professionals, athletes, engineers, researchers, administrators... Therefore, creativity is not restricted to communication, design or the arts. It is everywhere – including in entrepreneurship.

Make the world a better place
A good idea has people as its focal point. In other words, it meets human needs, from physiological to self-realization. When these are met, society becomes more just and prosperous.

Fall even more in love with the area in which you work
“If you start working on your goals, your goals start working on you. If you start working on your project, your project starts working on you. Whatever good thing we build, it ends up building us.”

Entrepreneur Jim Rohn is the author of this phrase, which defines entrepreneurial passion very well. It motivates us to move forward, to become better people. It transforms us forever.

Have more autonomy
The pursuit of freedom is the driving force behind entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs are their own masters. They decide when and where they will work, which tasks to prioritize, and how to achieve their goals. However, they are aware that with freedom comes responsibility.

Escape from monotony
We all need routine, because without it life would be chaos!

The routine organizes processes, defines priorities, starting and ending points.

What many people don't like, in fact, is called monotony , that is, when the activities we carry out do not leave us in a state of flow .

Being an entrepreneur means living with the right amount of routine. It means having tangible challenges that keep us active and, at the same time, motivated.
