You can then choose whether you want a term in the glossary to be highlighted every time it appears on a page, or only the first time.

If it is a common word, we recommend highlighting it only when it appears for the first time so as not to distract your visitors.

However, if it's a complicated word or definition, visitors may appreciate being able to access the glossary each time the word appears on your site.

To make this change, check or uncheck the box next to “Highlight only the first occurrence of a term.”

You may also only want to highlight terms from the glossary on individual posts and pages . If you enable this option, CM Tooltip Glossary will ignore your individual homepage , author pages , list of iceland cell phone number and other taxonomy-related pages.

Once you are happy with the glossary setup, simply scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Save Changes”.

You can then click the Glossary Index Page tab and configure the settings for displaying the glossary. For example, you can use a tiled layout for the glossary page and change the width of the tiles.

Most of these settings are very simple, but if you need more information about an option, just hover over the “?” icon to see what that particular option does.

Next, you can review the link settings for your glossary by selecting the Glossary Term tab.

Here you can customize the look of the glossary links by changing the color of the link, adding an underline, and creating mouse pointer contacts.

You also have the option to “Open glossary terms page in a new window/tab”. This can be a good alternative to WordPress’ default tooltip if you want to display a lot of information about each term in the glossary.
