Members of the Progressive Morning Star Baptist Church moved the water tank in Jackson, Mississippi, on March 1, 2019. Although Jackson is the capital of Mississippi, it still suffers from poor infrastructure. is almost non-existent meaning the city can’t make necessary repairs or upgrades. All of this sounds overlooked but it's also rooted in racism.
