We spoke with Gustavo Montero , co-founder and General Manager of Bsale, about the importance for entrepreneurs today of selling through multiple channels and how technology can be a key strategic ally to automate business processes, allowing us to save time, reduce micromanagement and dedicate ourselves to making more strategic decisions.

1. Why has selling their products and/or services through multiple channels become a necessity for entrepreneurs today?
“Today we are faced with customers who are developing new consumption habits, determined by multiple environmental factors, such as the pandemic and the imminent acceleration of facebook database processes, where they have been “forced” to acquire products and/or services, often of essential importance, through multiple channels beyond the traditional ones. Today, their purchasing decisions are based on the information they are finding about our businesses in various formats that complement physical ones, such as marketplaces, e-commerce, social networks, online delivery companies. This combination of channels is what is generating greater trust in brands, because they are visualizing a more simultaneous and comprehensive positioning of the same.

According to a study by MIT, the average ticket for businesses that have multiple sales channels is three times higher than those that only have physical channels.
