Users' interests may vary. Adapting messages helps increase engagement.

Example:

We divided the audience into those who missed mexico telegram database the push and those who opened the previous ones. The trigger for sending the notification was a missed visit to the app via push: most of our audience watches memes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner — this is easy to track.

It worked: 25% fewer push notifications, 10% fewer push rejections.

We also divided users into active and inactive. First, we selected 10% of our audience that was the most active in responding to push notifications (tens of thousands of users) and divided them into 30 equal groups. Each group received the content with the most likes in the last few hours. The rest of the audience received the push that scored the highest CTR based on the test results in 30 groups.

Picture in push
In our experience, a picture in a push notification doubles its CTR. At the same time, you can also experiment with the picture itself: for example, add effects. We added blur, adjusted the color scheme, emoji to the image itself. All this gave an increase in CTR.
