[Results Disclosed] We placed a job advertisement for web marketing personnel in Saga
In preparation for launching its business, i-Trigger's Saga office conducted recruitment activities in Saga from November to December 2018.
It was our first time recruiting in a rural area, and we had high expectations for our newly established company from i-Trigger Co., Ltd., which was a group company at the time, so we felt some anxiety and pressure, but in the end, we were able to hire some very wonderful members.

This time, we are looking for members who will manage programmatic advertising such as listing ads and display ads.
When recruiting, the most important condition we set was that the candidate must have an "otaku personality ."
Programmatic advertising is characterized by the fact that it varies greatly depending on the person running it, and that it evolves very rapidly on a daily basis.
In such an environment, the people who produce results are
・People who can thoroughly delve into areas of interest
・People who enjoy acquiring knowledge in a particular field
Therefore, the most important condition was that the candidate had an "otaku" mentality .
Because we were recruiting at the time components of a job seekers database of launching our business, we did not recruit continuously and just hire whoever suited up; rather, we had a set goal schedule for our recruitment activities.
Specifically, since the start date is February 1st, you will need to accept the offer by the end of December, taking into consideration coordination with your current job.
The target number of employees to join is 5. The selection process is set as follows:
① Apply for a job
② Attend a company information session
③ Aptitude test and first interview (on the same day as the company information session)
④ Second interview (online interview)
⑤ Job offer
I am usually in Tokyo, where our group company (Net Frontier Co., Ltd.) is located. During the recruitment process, the only time I could go to Saga was on the company information session day, so I had the first interview on the same day as the information session, and the second interview was conducted online using Zoom.
By the way, because we received more applications than we expected, we had a slight mishap where we had to suddenly change the first interview, which was originally scheduled as an individual interview, to a group interview.
