In this tutorial, we'll show you how to add a multiple choice payment field with multiple donation amounts to choose from and an option to enter a different amount.

To add the multiple choice payment field, click the Multiple Items button under Payment Fields. You can drag and reorder the fields so that the Multiple Items field is directly above the Donation Amount field.

You can then click the Multiple Items field in the Form Builder to change the options.

Now you can change the Line Item field to only appear when the Enter Amount option is selected.

To do this, simply click on the Single Item field to edit the options.

Make sure the “Required” box is not checked, otherwise list of ghana cell phone numbe users will not be able to submit the form if they have selected a donation amount in the multiple choice field above.

After that, you can select the Enter Donation Amount field and scroll down a bit to get to the Conditions tab and enter the display settings for this field.

Then check the box “Enable Conditional Logic”. Then select the option “Show this field when “Donation Amount” is equal to “Enter Amount”.
