With the growth of automation and the introduction of artificial intelligence, we need not those who have completed distance learning courses and call themselves juniors, but personnel who are capable of creating new solutions, complex and requiring innovative approaches," says Valentin Makarov, President of NP RUSSOFT. But at the same time, university students, according to his assessment, are already capable of programming from their third year, and companies attract them to participate in projects: "Working on a project, a student will receive soft skills, learn to work in a group and become chile whatsapp resource a professional programmer. Therefore, the role of training centers in companies is very important: they complete the training of university graduates and distance learning courses, making them engineers."

"IT companies have begun to cooperate more actively with secondary specialized and higher educational institutions in terms of finding young, talented specialists who could be raised to middle and senior levels within the business. In addition, companies create specialized departments together with universities or support existing ones, invite students to internships and work placements (usually paid), and organize student competitions," - this trend was noted in the study "IT: Industry and Labor Market Trends," which was conducted by analysts from the recruiting company Get Experts (OOO Get Experts Recruitment).

As Akhmad Bokov noted, already during the training process, a student has every chance to gain experience that will interest a potential employer through practical training and internships. According to his assessment, a total of nine months of work on real projects is enough to significantly increase the attractiveness of a candidate.

Anatoly Bobunov also expressed skepticism regarding the quality of training in short-term courses. In his opinion, for the most part they "trade in hope", and those who have completed them do not want to develop or are simply lazy. As Anatoly Bobunov stated, a self-taught person has at least the advantage that he has found the necessary knowledge independently, which means he has a broad outlook and possesses valuable skills in searching and analyzing information.

Corporate architect of Xsolla (OOO "Iksolla") Petr Tugolukov considers the lack of skills of collective work in a team one of the main weak points of novice developers, including those who have not completed some courses, but graduated from a specialized university. At the same time, the quality of specialized knowledge and skills that Russian universities give to graduates, in his opinion, has noticeably increased in the last few years. And among the courses, according to Petr Tugolukov, there are those that provide quality knowledge.
